Extreme Efficiency: Passive Building

If you find yourself with the opportunity to build a new home, a Passive home is a great standard to build for. Passive house-certified buildings are up to 80 percent more efficient than a home built to typical energy code, while providing an unmatched level of comfort, 室内空气质量, 和耐用性.
